That property also experienced a tile counter top rated.  It was yellow and blue.  I failed to find it irresistible but it was fantastic.  The home was about 1700 square toes following DH finished the two bedrooms inside the attic.  Grasp was 13x12 and 2nd bedroom on 1st flooring was at the very least 11x11. Habitat for Humanity
